Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a property management contract is initiated, the customer may request a cancellation within 3 days. In such cases:

A 3% fee will be charged (for payment gateway charges)

Refunds will be processed via the original payment mode within 5 working days

For EMI payments or AMEX cards, a 4% fee applies

For international card transactions, a 5% fee applies

Shipping Policy

Since Propdial offers digital services and not physical products, shipping of physical goods is not applicable.
